1. How do I access IRBC using single sign-on (SSO)?

  • Go to www.sirweb.org and log in using the Login button in the top right corner*
  • Once logged in, go to the IR Business Center website at https://irbc.sirweb.org
  • Click the Login button in the top right corner of the IRBC Business Center website. You will now be logged in with the correct member information.
  • Purchased products will show in My Account

* For the single sign-on to work, you must first log in to www.sirweb.org.

2. How do I purchase an item?

  • Select your area of interest (Example: Coding, Billing & Reimbursement)
  • Select View Product in the bottom right corner
  • Click Add to Cart
  • Click Checkout Now
  • All purchased products will appear in My Account.

    • Carrier Advocacy Letters can be purchased in Coding, Billing & Reimbursement
    • Once purchased, click My Account in top right corner.
    • Click Subscriptions in the left-hand menu under Purchases
    • The letter will appear under Subscriptions.
    • Click Customize in the right column next to your chosen product.
    • Complete your customization details. Click Preview at the bottom of the page.
    • Review your customization details that appear in the box at the top of the page.
    • Swipe left and right to review the full document.
    • Click Download at the bottom of the page. Your customized PDF file will download to your device.

4. How do I access my ePub via IRBC?

  • Once purchased, click My Account in top right corner.
  • Click Subscriptions in the left-hand menu under Purchases
  • The ePub will appear on the Subscriptions page
  • Click the VitalSource link next to your product
  • Click OK on the pop-up: “Are you sure you want to open Bookshelf?”
  • Your purchased ePub will appear under My Books

5. How do I access the ePub version of the 2023 Charge Sheets?

  • Once purchased, click My Account in top right corner.
  • Click Digital Content Access in the left-hand menu under Purchases
  • Click the blue Download button on the right side of the screen

  • Click the VitalSource link next to your product
  • Click OK on the pop-up: “Are you sure you want to open Bookshelf?”
  • You are now in VitalSource Bookshelf
  • Click the Profile button in the top right corner
  • Select User Info to create an account on VitalSource
  • Select Devices and assign your preferred device to the account
  • VitalSource allows 2 computers and 2 mobile/tablet devices activated at any one time

8. How do I customize a Patient Information Brochure?

  • Patient Information Brochures are listed in Branding and Marketing.
  • Select View Product button next to brochure
  • Click Add to Cart
  • Click View Cart
  • In the Shopping Cart, click the Customize button on the right*
  • On the Product Customization page, add your practice details
  • Click Generate Preview at the bottom of the page
  • The Preview will appear in the top right corner
  • When you are finished customizing, click on Checkout
  • Select Shipping Preference and complete order

*Customization is only available in the shopping cart.
